THE JOB

We are seeking a strategic, action-oriented Senior National Account Manager to nurture and grow enterprise relationships with sustainability-focused brands.

In this role, you will:

  • Manage a warm pipeline of 50–100 enterprise leads.
  • Conduct 4–5 high-level discovery calls monthly with brand decision-makers.
  • Develop smaller accounts into full-suite packaging clients.
  • Lead presentations, identify stakeholder needs, and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Close deals that align with brands’ ESG, carbon neutrality, and plastic reduction goals.
  • Analyze pipeline trends and market feedback to optimize performance and drive results.

This is a relationship-driven, strategic sales role ideal for candidates excited to build long-term partnerships over months and years.


THE QUALIFICATIONS

Ideal candidates will bring:

  • 8–12+ years of successful B2B sales or enterprise account management experience.
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue goals and building deep client relationships.
  • Strong organizational and reliability skills to manage a complex, evolving pipeline.
  • A coachable, resourceful, and optimistic mindset.
  • Excellent information processing and critical thinking capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex tradeoffs and solutions.
  • Passion for sustainability, innovation, and building a greener future.


THE BENEFITS

  • Base Salary: $100,000 – $150,000
  • Commission: Up to 50% bonus potential tied to opportunity creation and client acquisition.
