Sr. Full Stack Software Engineer

About this role

We’re looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer to help build and scale an AI-powered supply chain compliance platform. You should bring at least 2+ years of full stack development experience with modern web technologies, or be a new grad with a strong track record of side projects and GitHub contributions.

This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment where you’ll be expected to take ownership, make key technical decisions, and collaborate closely with both founders and customers.

What you’ll do

• Build and scale core platform features using React Native, Flask, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Travel once per quarter to warehouses to observe software in action and perform live coding during go-lives.
• Take ownership of technical architecture decisions as the product scales.
• Work across the full stack with bonus points for scaling and infrastructure expertise.
• Collaborate directly with customers to shape product direction.

What we’re looking for

• 2+ years of full stack development experience (or new grad with strong side projects).
• Strong knowledge of React Native, Flask, Next.js, TypeScript, Python, and AWS.
• Experience in infrastructure/scaling (a plus).
• Background in supply chain, logistics, or B2B software (a plus).
• A self-starter comfortable working in fast-moving, early-stage environments.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $165K – $190K
