Operations Manager

About this role
We’re looking for an Operations Manager to sit at the heart of the business — ensuring operational excellence while helping shape the tools that make customers’ lives easier. You’ll manage and grow the operations team, oversee quality control in core workflows, and collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to ensure insights from the field directly improve the platform.
This is a high-impact role in a rapidly scaling environment, ideal for someone who thrives on ownership, process improvement, and team leadership.
Responsibilities
- Become an industry expert across three key operational areas: rebates, warranty registrations, and permits.
- Oversee and manage the operations team, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and scalability of workflows.
- Lead hiring, training, and ongoing development of junior operations team members.
- Provide feedback and recommendations to Product and Engineering to inform roadmap priorities and tooling improvements.
- Drive operational KPIs and OKRs, ensuring measurable progress across the team.
Skills & Qualifications
Required
- 5+ years of operations experience at a high-growth startup or tech company (SaaS preferred).
- Proven ability to own OKRs and deliver against key performance metrics.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence decisions.
- Exceptional follow-through, judgment, and work ethic.
Nice to have
- Experience managing teams, including offshore or hourly staff.
- Familiarity with rebate, warranty, or permitting processes in home services or related industries.

Salary: $120K – $160K
