Research Scientist / Engineer – Video Generative AI

About this role
We’re seeking a Research Scientist / Engineer to be a foundational member of a US-based AI lab, driving the evolution of cutting-edge interactive video technologies. This is a hands-on role where you’ll design and train state-of-the-art generative models, collaborate across research and engineering, and help shape the future of human–pixel interaction.
What we’re looking for

Education: PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field; or MSc with equivalent industry research experience.

Experience: Strong, hands-on background in training generative models (e.g., diffusion, rectified flow).
- Proven ability to transition ideas from research to production.
- Bonus points for experience with multimodal (video/audio) data or real-time systems.
What you’ll do
- Design and train advanced generative models (diffusion, rectified flow, etc.) for video.
- Develop and optimize proprietary infrastructure for fast inference and rapid training at scale.
- Collaborate across research and engineering to prototype and ship interactive user experiences.
- Contribute to the overall research agenda, driving innovation at the frontier of generative AI.
