Seeking a detail-oriented individual with strong Excel and data skills to support cross-departmental reporting, data organization, and analysis. This role requires previous office experience, excellent task management, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while communicating effectively and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and organize large datasets from various sources.
- Create and maintain complex Excel spreadsheets.
- Translate data findings into easy-to-understand reports or dashboards.
- Develop and maintain documentation of formulas, assumptions, and methodologies.
- Work with other departments to support their data needs.
- Handle incoming phone calls and direct inquiries to the relevant personnel.
Qualifications:
- Previous office experience is required..
- Experience with Excel and data formulas is highly preferred, or a strong interest in and aptitude for working with numbers and data.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a quick learning curve and strong adaptability.
- Excellent task management skills, with the ability to prioritize and complete work efficiently and accurately.
- Strong communication skills.
Location: Boro Park, NY
Salary: $35–$40/hour
