The Revenue Cycle Manager (RCM) will be responsible for leading the end-to-end revenue cycle process, including billing, collections, claims management, and denial resolution. This role requires a proactive leader who can identify process improvements, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, and manage a high-performing billing team.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in medical billing, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full revenue cycle process including billing, coding, collections, and AR management.
- Monitor claims submission, payment posting, and denial management to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Develop and implement strategies to reduce denials and improve reimbursement rates.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and payer-specific regulations.
- Provide leadership, training, and support to the billing team.
- Analyze financial data, prepare reports, and present revenue cycle performance to leadership.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to resolve billing-related issues.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Revenue Cycle Manager or in a senior medical billing leadership role.
- In-depth knowledge of revenue cycle operations, billing regulations, and payer requirements.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in medical billing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments.
