The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building and managing client relationships, and leading a team to achieve sales goals. The ideal candidate has experience selling services, understands how to create value-based solutions for clients, and has a proven track record of closing deals.

This role offers a competitive base salary plus a strong commission structure, with significant earning potential for high performers.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the sales process from prospecting to closing.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Develop sales strategies to expand market reach and revenue.
  • Train and mentor sales representatives.
  • Work with leadership to align sales goals with company objectives.
  • Track performance metrics and deliver regular reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in service-based sales (SaaS experience a strong plus).
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing abilities.
  • Highly motivated and results-driven.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.

Type: Full-time

Salary: $100,000–$130,000/year + Commission
