The Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of the agency, ensuring smooth processes across departments, optimizing workflow, and implementing strategies to support expansion. This role requires an ambitious, hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can identify and implement operational improvements that drive measurable results.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee day-to-day agency operations.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and quality.
  • Collaborate with leadership to plan and execute growth strategies.
  • Manage teams, monitor performance, and provide ongoing support and training.
  • Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations.
  • Analyze operations data and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in operations management within the healthcare or homecare industry.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • In-depth understanding of New York healthcare regulations and compliance.
  • Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
  • Demonstrated success in scaling operations and driving growth.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Type: Full-time

Salary: $100,000–$150,000/year
