HiFyve is hiring a Production Supervisor in the manufacturing industry in Champlin, MN!

Salary: $60,000–$75,000 per year, based on experience

Shift: Full-time, day shift

Location: Champlin, MN

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Supervise daily activities of 6–10 production team members to ensure quality and efficiency
• Operate and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment to maintain productivity and quality standards
• Coordinate daily shipping and receiving, including scheduling with freight carriers and couriers
• Perform quality inspections and approve products at various stages of production
• Manage inventory and ensure accurate documentation of incoming and outgoing shipments
• Lead daily stand-up meetings and communicate production status to Sales and Operations
• Support CNC operations and standard operating procedures for efficient manufacturing
• Participate hands-on in cutting, wiring, and assembling as needed
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized production floor
• Monitor and update project status boards to reflect job progress

Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Technical certifications or coursework in manufacturing or related field preferred

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred
• Prior supervisory experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities with a hands-on management style
• Forklift certification and experience in shipping and receiving
• Ability to read technical drawings and use basic measurement tools
• Familiarity with CNC programming and SolidWorks a plus
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to quality and continuous improvement
• Proficiency in inventory and workflow management systems
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
