Our client is seeking a sharp, organized, and detail-oriented Secretary to handle day-to-day office operations and assist management with scheduling, communication, and basic administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Manage calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional, timely manner
- Schedule meetings, coordinate calendars, and handle travel or event arrangements
- Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)
- Prepare documents, reports, and basic spreadsheets
- Greet visitors and assist with general office needs
- Support management and staff with administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or Google Workspace
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Professional demeanor and attention to detail
- Previous office or administrative experience preferred
