Our client is seeking a sharp, organized, and detail-oriented Secretary to handle day-to-day office operations and assist management with scheduling, communication, and basic administrative tasks.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional, timely manner
  • Schedule meetings, coordinate calendars, and handle travel or event arrangements
  • Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical)
  • Prepare documents, reports, and basic spreadsheets
  • Greet visitors and assist with general office needs
  • Support management and staff with administrative tasks as needed


Qualifications:


  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or Google Workspace
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Professional demeanor and attention to detail
  • Previous office or administrative experience preferred
