Store Manager – Agricultural Equipment

$80,000 - $90,000 Base Salary + Bonus

We're looking for a hands-on Store Manager to lead a growing agricultural equipment dealership in Greeley, Colorado. You'll oversee the entire operation—including sales, parts, and service—while building strong relationships with local farmers and helping grow the business. This isn't a desk job. We're looking for someone who enjoys being on the floor, talking with customers, supporting their team, and finding ways to make the dealership better every day.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead the day-to-day operations of the dealership across sales, parts, and service.
  • Build lasting relationships with customers and become a trusted resource in the local agricultural community.
  • Keep customer satisfaction at the center of everything you do.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop your team while creating a positive work environment.
  • Work closely with department leaders to improve efficiency, profitability, and overall performance.
  • Help make inventory decisions based on local customer needs and seasonal demand.
  • Stay current on equipment, manufacturer programs, and industry trends.
  • Drive revenue growth while keeping expenses under control.

What We're Looking For

  • Management experience within the agricultural equipment industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Customer-first mindset and the ability to build long-term relationships.
  • Solid understanding of dealership operations, including parts and service.
  • Sales experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Someone who wants to grow with a dealership that's continuing to expand.

Compensation & Benefits

  • $80,000-$90,000 base salary (depending on experience)
