KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with the clients in the Fire industry
- Conduct on-site product demonstrations
- Generate new business through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and lead generation efforts
- Manage and grow an established sales territory in Eastern Oregon and Idaho
- Identify customer needs and recommend tailored product solutions
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to maximize sales opportunities
- Maintain regular follow-up with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Collaborate with internal team, including marketing, operations, and customer support, to deliver exceptional service
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity using CRM systems
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Previous outside sales or direct sales experience required
- Experience within the fire, safety, PPE, industrial, or first responder industry preferred
- Strong prospecting, lead generation, and territory management skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Comfortable conducting presentations and product demonstrations
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- CRM experience is considered an asset

· $65.000.00 salary plus generous commission opportunities
