KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with the clients in the Fire industry
  • Conduct on-site product demonstrations
  • Generate new business through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and lead generation efforts
  • Manage and grow an established sales territory in Fresno, California region.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend tailored product solutions
  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to maximize sales opportunities
  • Maintain regular follow-up with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
  • Collaborate with internal team, including marketing, operations, and customer support, to deliver exceptional service
  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity using CRM systems

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous outside sales or direct sales experience required
  • Experience within the fire, safety, PPE, industrial, or first responder industry preferred
  • Strong prospecting, lead generation, and territory management skills
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
  • Comfortable conducting presentations and product demonstrations
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • CRM experience is considered an asset

·        $65.000.00 salary plus generous commission opportunities
