Executive Secretary

A fast-paced homecare company in Lakewood is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Secretary. The ideal candidate will assist the CEO with a variety of tasks, ensuring smooth daily operations and efficient management of responsibilities. This role requires excellent multitasking skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.



Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CEO's schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare, review, and complete contracts and other critical documents.
  • Notarize documents as required.
  • Book flights, accommodations, and handle other travel logistics.
  • Order gifts and manage personal and professional requests for the CEO.
  • Ensure timely completion of assigned projects and tasks.



Qualifications:

  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative tools.
  • Notary Public certification (or willingness to obtain).
  • Prior experience in an executive assistant or similar role is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.



Location: Lakewood, NJ



Salary: $60K
