We are looking for a dedicated Salesman to join a dynamic construction company in the Tri-State Area. The role involves identifying new opportunities to expand the business, fostering strong client relationships, and meeting sales targets. With a competitive weekly base and commission structure, this position is ideal for a results-driven individual ready to contribute to the company’s growth. Weekend availability is required to ensure comprehensive client support.



Responsibilities:

  • Generate and secure new business opportunities within the construction sector.
  • Develop and maintain lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
  • Present company services to potential clients, showcasing solutions to meet their needs.
  • Achieve or exceed weekly sales goals.
  • Be available on weekends to engage clients and close sales opportunities.



Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, ideally in the construction industry.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Availability to work on weekends.



Location: Tri-State Area



Salary: $1000 weekly + commission
