Buyers Assistant

A growing e-commerce company is seeking a Buyers Assistant to support their purchasing team. The ideal candidate will be bilingual (English and French), have excellent communication and customer service skills, and possess good writing skills. The role requires prior office experience, and salary is negotiable based on the candidate's experience. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic team and grow within the company.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the buying team with administrative tasks.
  • Communicate with vendors and clients to ensure smooth purchasing processes.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchases and orders.
  • Assist with writing and responding to emails and client inquiries.
  • Handle office organization and provide general administrative support.



Qualifications:

  • Bilingual (English and French).
  • Prior office experience is a must.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.



Salary $25-$30 hourly (negotiable based on experience).
