How You'll Contribute to Our Partner's Success

As a Sales Executive with 1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, logistics, or customer service—preferably in the food or retail industry—you will play a vital role in managing customer relationships and coordinating retail operations. Your strong customer service mindset, organizational skills, and attention to detail will enable you to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment while delivering excellent client support.


  • You’ll coordinate retail customer activity, monitor order flow, and communicate proactively with store managers, buyers, and procurement teams to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.


  • Maintain accurate records and documentation while generating reports and pulling data for internal use and customer updates


  • Coordinate with logistics teams to execute and track deliveries and resolve any order-related issues


  • Monitor fill rates and track orders from start to finish, addressing delays or shortages promptly


  • Support continuous improvement of sales and service processes to enhance customer experience


  • Communicate clearly and professionally via email, phone, and in person to foster strong relationships with customers and internal teams


  • Contribute to a positive, team-oriented environment by taking initiative to improve systems and processes
