How You’ll Contribute to Our Partner’s Success

As a Litigation Secretary, you will be a key member of the legal team, ensuring smooth and efficient support for attorneys throughout all phases of litigation. Your attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment will make a meaningful impact on the firm’s success.


  • Prepare, proofread, and format legal documents including pleadings, discovery, and correspondence
  • File legal documents with state and federal courts, including e-filing in compliance with court rules
  • Manage attorney calendars, schedule depositions, meetings, and court appearances
  • Organize and maintain client files, both electronically and in hard copy
  • Assist with trial preparation, including compiling exhibits and organizing trial binders
  • Communicate with clients, court personnel, and opposing counsel in a professional manner
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure accuracy in all documentation and communication
