About the Role

As a Senior Accountant, you will play a key role in managing the financial reporting, budgeting, and accounting functions of the company. This is a hands-on role that will require strong attention to detail, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, and a collaborative mindset to work cross-functionally with other departments. The ideal candidate with have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, at least 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience, a strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting, and who is proficient in Excel and accounting software.

• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
• Maintain general ledger and ensure accurate financial reporting
• Support month-end and year-end close processes
• Monitor and reconcile balance sheet accounts
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial controls
• Liaise with external auditors and support audit preparation
• Provide financial insights to support business decision-making
• Assist in implementing process improvements and cost efficiencies
