How You’ll Contribute to Our Partner’s Success:

As an Environmental Compliance Supervisor within the Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Department, you’ll lead compliance programs for utility-scale renewable energy projects and manage a small team. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science or related field, 4–7 years of compliance experience (2–3 years supervisory), and proficiency in Microsoft Office, with preferred certifications (QSP, HAZWOPER).


  • Compliance Leadership: Oversee air, water, hazardous materials, and spill prevention programs, ensuring compliance with California regulations (e.g., CUPA, EPA).


  • Team and Training Management: Supervise and mentor a compliance team, lead environmental training, and conduct Incident Command System (ICS) drills.


  • Regulatory Liaison: Act as the primary contact for environmental agencies, manage permits, and maintain accurate compliance records.


  • Risk and Project Support: Monitor regulations, mitigate risks, lead due diligence for project financing, and conduct site visits across California (Riverside, Kern, etc.).
