Be Part of a High-Performing Team
This role is part of a growing internal ERP product team supporting a major, multi-year transformation centered around a new Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain platform. The company operates within a highly dynamic, distribution-focused environment with complex warehouses, high-volume order flows, and ongoing expansion. An external systems integrator is currently leading the implementation, but this internal team is being built to own the platform long-term — driving the roadmap, optimizing warehouse execution, and ensuring the ERP truly reflects real operational needs.
This team values collaboration, operational understanding, and forward-thinking problem-solving. Team members challenge assumptions, work directly with business stakeholders, and play a critical role in stabilizing, enhancing, and maturing the enterprise platform through continuous rollout cycles occurring approximately every three months. It is a highly engaged, hands-on, product-minded environment where ownership and influence are expected.
