1. MSP Team – Speed & Precision

You’ll thrive here if you love fast-paced staffing, quick submittals, competitive environments, and filling roles with accuracy and urgency.

2. Professional Services Team – Client Partnership Focus

Ideal for recruiters who enjoy deeper conversations, relationship-building, strategic role discovery, and “owning” the talent pipeline for every position.

3. RPO Team – Senior / Lead Recruiter (High-Level Roles)

We are expanding our RPO delivery team and need a senior/lead recruiter who can own higher-level, more strategic roles and collaborate closely with our onsite and offshore teams.

This role is perfect for a recruiter ready to step up into leadership, mentor others, and shape a growing program.

Who You Are

• A senior recruiter with experience in agency, RPO, MSP, or internal recruiting
• Someone who wants more impact and less micromanagement
• Naturally competitive but highly collaborative — you win and help others win
• Strong at sourcing, screening, and full cycle recruiting
• Comfortable juggling multiple roles, priorities, and client needs
• Excited to use AI as an advantage, not a threat

What You’ll Do

• Own the full recruiting cycle (sourcing → placement → client partnership)
• Support and mentor junior recruiters as needed
• Work closely with US-based leadership and offshore delivery teams
• Use AI and automations to increase your output and reduce repetitive work
