This role offers the opportunity to lead a talented ERP development team dedicated to building impactful and reliable software solutions. As part of a collaborative, agile environment, you’ll work cross-functionally to advance enterprise systems and drive operational efficiency. The position is fully remote with occasional travel to company locations for team or project meetings.

How You Will Make an Impact

  • Lead a team of ERP developers, ensuring adherence to SDLC best practices, agile methodologies, and compliance standards.
  • Oversee Epicor ERP system development, upgrades, integrations, and maintenance across enterprise platforms.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives within ERP processes, design enhancements, and integrations with new technologies.
  • Manage project planning, sprint coordination, and the timely delivery of high-quality software releases.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define deliverables, and translate complex technical needs into actionable solutions.
  • Provide Tier-1 and Tier-2 technical support for ERP systems, including troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and server maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with SOX controls and related governance requirements for ERP software and data management.
  • Produce documentation, release notes, user stories, and technical references that align with agile and audit standards.
  • Mentor and coach team members, promoting continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Identify opportunities to improve development efficiency, process controls, and overall software quality.

Are You a Proven ERP Development Leader Ready to Drive Innovation?

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development, ideally within ERP systems.
  • Proven experience with Epicor ERP upgrades, testing, and deployments.
  • Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) principles and agile methodologies.
  • Solid knowledge of SOX compliance requirements in technology environments.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, balancing multiple priorities with precision and quality focus.
  • Experience leading or mentoring software development teams in an agile setting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to documentation and process discipline.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience integrating ERP systems with third-party applications or emerging technologies.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based ERP solutions and API-driven architectures.
  • Prior experience managing distributed or remote development teams.
