As a USA-based manufacturer, our client is looking for smart and creative minds who want to build something new—whether it’s developing new organizational programs, inventing new processes, designing new products, or simply improving existing products. They are seeking a reliable and creative Warehouse Manager to oversee shipping and receiving team. The ideal candidate works well under pressure, is a team leader and motivator, has a positive outlook, and is a self-starter.

Responsibilities:

• Assist, direct, coach, and train the warehouse workforce.
• Direct, optimize, and coordinate the storage of raw materials and finished products.
• Ensure all shipping and receiving processes are conducted according to established protocols.
• Liaise with freight companies to schedule and coordinate inbound/outbound shipments within the USA and overseas.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Understanding of Warehouse Management Theory
• Knowledge of Sage 300 is a plus
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) is a plus
• Reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (Required)
• Warehouse management (2 years)
• Bachelor's degree (Required)
