How You Will Make An Impact

• Design and build AI-powered applications using Azure OpenAI, LangChain, and Semantic Kernel.
• Fine-tune large language models and implement prompt engineering best practices.
• Architect and maintain scalable, secure, and performant AI systems.
• Develop full-stack applications using .NET, SQL, React/TypeScript, and Python.
• Participate in agile ceremonies, backlog refinement, and system architecture sessions.
• Collaborate with Product and Design to deliver high-quality, scalable features.
• Lead code reviews, mentor peers, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Stay at the forefront of AI trends and recommend emerging tools and frameworks.

Are You an Experienced AI-Driven Software Engineer Ready to Make an Impact?

• 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering.
• 3+ years developing AI-powered applications using Azure OpenAI, LangChain, or Semantic Kernel.
• Proficiency in Python, .NET, React/TypeScript, and SQL.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
• Strong understanding of vector databases and cloud-native architecture.
• Experience with CI/CD and Azure DevOps is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Demonstrated ability to take full ownership of work and deliver results in dynamic environments.
