Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician with a strong background in both electrical and mechanical systems to support operations in a foundry environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing industrial equipment, including furnaces, conveyors, and hydraulic systems. Prior experience working in a foundry or heavy industrial setting is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on foundry equipment.
• Diagnose and repair electrical systems, including motors, controls, and PLCs.
• Maintain mechanical components such as pumps, gearboxes, and pneumatic systems.
• Ensure equipment operates efficiently and safely to minimize downtime.
• Follow safety protocols and contribute to a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of maintenance experience in a foundry or similar heavy industrial setting.
• Proficient in troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems.
• Knowledge of PLCs, hydraulic systems, and industrial automation is a plus.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
