We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Teacher for our 2-3 year old program in Manhattan, NY. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $50k-$58k and requires state licensure to work with early childhood education.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans for 2-3 year old preschool students.
• Create a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment that fosters children's social, emotional, and cognitive development.
• Assess and document children's progress, communicating regularly with parents and caregivers.
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive educational experience.
• Adhere to all state and federal regulations related to early childhood education.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.

Qualifications:

• Valid NY State teaching license for early childhood education.
• Proven experience teaching preschool, specifically with 2-3 year old children.
• Strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate teaching strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
