We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Tax Senior Manager to join one of the fastest-growing accounting firms in the industry. The ideal candidate will bring extensive tax expertise, strong leadership skills, and the ability to manage client relationships effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage a diverse portfolio of clients, providing expert tax advice and strategies.
• Ensure compliance with current tax laws and regulations.
• Lead and mentor a team of approximately 10 tax professionals.
• Review and approve tax filings and deliverables to maintain high-quality standards.
• Stay updated on tax legislation changes and advise clients accordingly.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
• Assist in business development activities, including identifying and pursuing new opportunities.

Qualifications:

• CPA license required.
• A minimum of 7 years of experience in a Senior Manager role within tax management.
• Strong knowledge of tax regulations, compliance, and best practices.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent client relationship management and communication abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Salary: $150K–$180K
