We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented CPA or experienced Financial Controller to lead our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong accounting background, experience in financial services, and a strategic mindset to help manage investor portfolios and financial reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Manage bookkeeping, reconciliations, and general accounting functions.
• Handle investor portfolio management and financial performance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with leadership to drive financial strategy and long-term planning.
• Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff.
• Prepare and review financial statements and tax filings.

Qualifications:

• CPA certification required.
• 3+ years of experience in accounting or financial services.
• Strong understanding of GAAP, tax regulations, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and financial management software.
• Ability to analyze financial data and provide strategic recommendations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ambition to grow into a CFO role.

Salary: $90K–$140K (Based on Experience)
