A well-established construction supply company in Williamsburg is looking for a skilled E-commerce Account Manager to manage and grow their online sales across major retail platforms. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of $150k+, depending on experience. The ideal candidate must have prior experience selling products on big retail websites, such as Wayfair, Lowe's, Home Depot, Amazon, and Walmart. Strong managerial skills are required to lead a team effectively and drive business growth.



Responsibilities:

  • Manage and optimize product listings across various e-commerce platforms, including Wayfair, Lowe's, Home Depot, Amazon, and Walmart.
  • Develop strategies to drive sales, increase profitability, and improve brand visibility.
  • Lead and manage a team, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and meeting performance targets.
  • Analyze sales data, identify trends, and implement improvements for online store performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain relationships with key retail partners and negotiate terms to maximize business opportunities.



Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in managing e-commerce accounts, specifically on major retail platforms.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
  • Experience in the construction supply industry is a plus.
