We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Operations Manager to lead and streamline daily operations at a fast-growing financial services firm. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to enhance internal processes for improved efficiency and productivity.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily business operations to ensure seamless workflow.
- Optimize company-wide processes to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Act as a key decision-maker, reducing the need for direct owner involvement.
- Manage interdepartmental communication to ensure alignment across teams.
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives for business growth and operational improvements.
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Lead and mentor team members, fostering a culture of accountability and success.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in financial services.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Ability to analyze data and develop actionable insights for improvement.
- Experience in process optimization and business strategy.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, financial management software, and CRM tools.
Salary: $130K–$150K + Bonuses (Based on Experience)
