The Director of Business Development and Marketing for Home Healthcare is responsible for driving the growth and expansion of the agency by developing and executing strategic marketing and business development initiatives. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, enhancing market presence, and building relationships with key stakeholders to ensure the agency’s competitive edge in the home healthcare industry. Must have 3 plus years in Business Development in Home Health care



Responsibilities:

  • Business Development:
  • Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve growth objectives, including increasing market share and revenue.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, contracts, and expansion into new markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, healthcare providers, and other key stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Marketing Strategy:
  • Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote the agency’s services and enhance its brand presence.
  • Develop and oversee digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and online advertising.
  • Design and implement traditional marketing strategies, including print materials, events, and community outreach programs.
  • Manage the agency’s website and other online platforms, ensuring content is current and engaging.
  • Strategic Planning:
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to set long-term goals and objectives for business growth and marketing.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing and business development efforts, making adjustments as needed to meet targets.
  • Prepare and present reports on marketing performance, business development progress, and industry trends to senior management.
  • Brand Management:
  • Ensure consistent and positive representation of the agency’s brand across all marketing materials and communications.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the agency’s services and value proposition to effectively communicate with potential clients and partners.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing and business development professionals.
  • Oversee the hiring, training, and performance evaluation of team members.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Community Engagement:
  • Represent the agency at industry events, conferences, and community functions.
  • Develop and manage relationships with community organizations, advocacy groups, and local businesses to increase visibility and support.



Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum of [X] years of experience in business development, marketing, or sales, with a focus on healthcare or home healthcare preferred.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful business development and marketing strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of home healthcare industry trends, regulations, and competitive landscape.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends to drive strategic decision-making.



Location: Travel



Salary: $150k - $220k
