We are looking for a skilled and analytical Underwriter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in risk assessment and underwriting policies, ensuring that applications meet company standards and regulatory compliance. This role requires strong decision-making, analytical, and communication skills to balance risk management with customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate insurance applications to determine risk exposure and eligibility.
• Approve, reject, or modify applications based on risk assessment and company guidelines.
• Work closely with brokers, agents, and internal teams to clarify underwriting decisions.
• Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of underwriting decisions.
• Analyze market trends and underwriting data to improve decision-making processes.
• Collaborate with senior underwriters and management to enhance underwriting efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Experience in insurance underwriting or a related financial field.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of risk assessment, underwriting policies, and industry regulations.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in underwriting software and financial analysis tools is a plus.
