We are looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented individual to join our customer service team on a part-time basis. The role involves handling customer inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring a seamless customer experience for our electronics and website sales business.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
  • Assist with order processing and troubleshooting customer issues.
  • Provide product information and support.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolutions.



Qualifications:

  • Prior customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and handle customer interactions efficiently.
  • Familiarity with electronics or e-commerce is a plus.
  • Proficient in email and phone communication.



Salary: $35/hour
