Our wholesale/imports company in Flatbush is seeking an experienced Office Admin to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience, managerial skills, and the ability to build out SOPs. Responsibilities include handling overseas customer services/emails, being hands-on, and coordinating with staff abroad while remaining responsive to emails/calls.


  • Manage office operations and administrative tasks.
  • Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Handle overseas customer services and emails.
  • Be hands-on in office tasks and operations.
  • Coordinate with out-of-office staff abroad.
  • Respond promptly to emails and calls.


  • 5+ years of experience in office administration.
  • Previous managerial experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.

Location: Flatbush

Salary: $75k-$90k
