As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will be the right hand to the company’s top leader, managing a variety of both routine and complex tasks. This role requires someone who is smart, quick-thinking, and adaptable (“געזיקט”) - able to juggle multiple responsibilities, think on their feet, and adapt to ever-changing priorities with ease. Monday to Thursday, 9AM – 6PM. Friday, 9AM – 1PM.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the CEO’s complex calendar, scheduling meetings, coordinating appointments, and organizing travel logistics (both domestic and international).
  • Act as the main point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, including board members, senior executives, and clients.
  • Handle multiple tasks at once, including preparing reports, presentations, and materials for key meetings.
  • Attend high-level meetings, take minutes, and ensure follow-up actions are executed.
  • Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Assist with project management, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Conduct research, gather data, and prepare briefing materials for decision-making.
  • Draft and manage email correspondence and documents on behalf of the CEO.
  • Quickly adapt to the CEO’s needs, anticipating challenges and offering solutions.
  • Assist with personal tasks when required, maintaining a balance between professional and personal responsibilities.



Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role
  • Smart and quick-thinking, with the ability to learn new tasks and adapt quickly to shifting priorities.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities at once.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to handle fast-paced environments with flexibility.
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and integrity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software tools.
  • Experience with project management or coordinating high-priority tasks.




Location: Brooklyn/Travel



Salary: $30 hourly
