We are seeking an experienced Site Director to lead our Preschool in Manhattan, NY. This role requires a NY State license to work with early childhood and extensive experience in the education field.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the preschool.
• Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations.
• Develop and implement educational programs and curriculum.
• Manage and support teaching staff.
• Foster a safe and nurturing learning environment.
• Engage with parents and community members.

Qualifications:

• NY State license to work with early childhood.
• Significant experience in early childhood education.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to develop and implement educational programs.

Location: Manhattan, NY

Salary: $75k-105k
