We are looking for an experienced Senior Developer to lead the restructuring of our ERP system from the ground up. The role involves designing, developing, and implementing a robust ERP solution while continuously advancing and adding new features to meet evolving business needs. This is a critical role that requires strong technical expertise and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop a new ERP system from scratch, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability.
• Continuously enhance the ERP system by adding new features and functionalities based on business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Optimize and maintain the ERP system to ensure high performance and user satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to incorporate modern development techniques.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Experience in ERP development (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or custom solutions) is a strong plus.
• Proven ability to design and build complex systems from scratch.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
