$80,000 - $125,000 + Commissions



Our client, a reputable Payroll company, is seeking a driven Payroll Sales Executive to join their growing team. This role is ideal for a true hunter—someone who thrives on uncovering opportunities, turning cold leads into hot deals, and exceeding ambitious sales targets.



Responsibilities:


  • Prospect new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, email outreach, and LinkedIn.


  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified B2B leads.


  • Conduct discovery calls, product demos, and sales presentations with business decision-makers.


  • Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing.


  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client service.


  • Consistently meet and exceed individual sales targets.



Qualifications:


  • Minimum 2+ years of B2B payroll sales experience.


  • Strong prospecting skills with the ability to self-generate opportunities.


  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.


  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently.


  • Strong organizational and time management skills.


  • Team-oriented with a positive, proactive attitude.


  • Solid computer proficiency.
