Our client, a reputable Payroll company, is seeking a driven Payroll Sales Executive to join their growing team. This role is ideal for a true hunter—someone who thrives on uncovering opportunities, turning cold leads into hot deals, and exceeding ambitious sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, email outreach, and LinkedIn.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified B2B leads.
- Conduct discovery calls, product demos, and sales presentations with business decision-makers.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client service.
- Consistently meet and exceed individual sales targets.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2+ years of B2B payroll sales experience.
- Strong prospecting skills with the ability to self-generate opportunities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and able to work independently.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Team-oriented with a positive, proactive attitude.
