Our Client is looking to onboard a Clinical Director who will lead and supervise clinical operations, ensuring high-quality ABA therapy services. 

responsibilities:

• Provide training and learning opportunities for Behavior Technicians and BCBAs
• Motivate staff to ensure engagement and top-quality services
• Offer practical and compassionate education to providers
• Utilize Central Reach Clinical Management Software
• Oversee RBT and BCBA clinical data, including session notes and assessments
• Develop compliant clinical processes
• Ensure company meets or exceeds compliance standards

Qualifications:

• Strong leadership skills
• Knowledge of ABA therapy
• Is a BCBA or has been one
• Understanding of behavior strategies and prevention
• Ability to motivate and engage staff
• This role requires a skilled professional to lead clinical operations and ensure high-quality services.
