An insurance company is looking for a dedicated Insurance Follow Up Specialist to join their team. The position involves addressing and resolving DME claim denials from insurance companies, correcting incorrectly billed claims, and ensuring that proper reimbursement is received. The ideal candidate will have a strong backbone and excellent communication skills. A background in DME/SNF HMO billing, tracking, and collection is essential. This position offers the flexibility to work remotely if the candidate has the required experience.

Responsibilities:

• Address and resolve DME claim denials from insurance companies.
• Correct incorrectly billed claims.
• Ensure proper reimbursement is received.
• Track and follow up on billing and collections.
• Communicate effectively with insurance companies and other stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of claims and follow-up activities.

Qualifications:

• Strong backbone and excellent communication skills.
• Background in DME/SNF HMO billing, tracking, and collection.
• Experience in addressing and resolving insurance claim denials.
• Ability to work independently and remotely, if necessary.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Proficient in relevant software and tools for billing and claims follow-up.

Salary: $60K+ (Based on Experience)
