Job Summary:

HiFyve is hiring a Process Engineer for a leading global manufacturer specializing in advanced material technologies that support industries such as automotive, packaging, healthcare, and consumer products. The facility is modern, team-oriented, and focused on innovation, safety, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop formulations and pour patterns to meet production specifications
• Lead daily process operations and troubleshoot production and equipment issues
• Partner with maintenance to resolve equipment concerns and minimize downtime
• Plan and execute process improvement and cost reduction projects
• Optimize raw material usage and minimize waste
• Participate in plant audits focused on safety and quality
• Write and update standard operating procedures and process documentation
• Support new product launches and technology implementation initiatives

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• Strong mechanical aptitude and analytical problem-solving skills
• Working knowledge of SPC, Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, 5S, or Kaizen practices
• Familiarity with ladder logic, metering pumps, drives, sensors, and control systems preferred
• Ability to read and interpret technical data, drawings, and process documentation
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Willingness to work varied shifts as needed
• AutoCAD, Windows-based systems, spreadsheets, databases and word processing software (PREFERRED)
