A new family practice in Queens, NY, is looking for a skilled and dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician’s Assistant (PA) to join their team as a primary provider. This position offers an attractive salary of $150k-200k, based on experience. The role requires working from Sunday to Thursday, 10 AM to 6 PM. While full-time availability is preferred, the practice is open to considering candidates who can work two or three days per week.

Responsibilities:

• Provide primary care services to patients in a family practice setting.
• Conduct patient assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications and manage patient care.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions, treatment options, and preventive care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

Qualifications:

• Current Nurse Practitioner or Physician’s Assistant license in New York.
