A fast-growing company is seeking a Sales Team Manager to lead and support a team of loan officers. This role focuses on coaching, accountability, and execution to ensure the team follows the company’s proven sales process and keeps deals moving through the pipeline.
You will oversee sales activity, run regular pipeline reviews, and help producers stay consistent with calls, follow-ups, and performance goals. Your role is to keep the team organized, motivated, and focused while identifying challenges early and helping them stay on track.
This is not a production role — you won’t be selling mortgages yourself. Instead, you will focus on developing the team, improving performance, and maintaining strong sales discipline.
When the producers succeed, the company succeeds — and this role helps make that happen.
