The Director of Clinical Operations will run the day to day operations of a rapidly growing ABA organization, overseeing scheduling, staffing, intake flow, and overall clinical operations while partnering closely with leadership. This role requires a calm, grounded, people focused leader who is excellent at building positive culture, developing teams, and creating systems and SOPs that support growth and clinical excellence.

You will support RBTs, BCBAs, and administrative staff, ensure smooth coordination between operations and clinical leadership, and help scale the organization from dozens to hundreds of active clients while maintaining a high quality, child first environment. The ideal candidate is hands on, flexible, hardworking, and thrives in a fast paced, growth oriented setting. Key Responsibilities:

Lead all daily operations including scheduling, staffing, attendance, intake flow, and coverage

Build and maintain a supportive, positive, team first environment with low drama

Support RBTs, BCBAs, and admin staff in their day to day work

Create, document, and improve systems, processes, and SOPs across operations

Ensure documentation timeliness, compliance, and operational quality

Work closely with and oversee a Clinical Lead or Clinical Director to align operations with clinical standards

Collaborate with leadership (CEO, HR, operations) on strategy, growth, and problem solving

Help maintain a calm, stable, child focused environment in all programs

Take strong ownership of outcomes and provide consistent, present leadership

Qualifications:

Strong ABA clinical background required; BCBA preferred but not required

Minimum 5 years of experience in ABA or behavioral health operations leadership

Experience building, growing, and stabilizing teams in a fast growing environment

Prior experience supporting or partnering closely with clinical leadership

Proven ability to scale operations, ideally in an ABA setting

Calm, steady leadership style with excellent communication skills

Strong skills in creating systems, SOPs, and operational structure

Flexible, hardworking mindset, comfortable beyond a strict nine to five schedule

Willing and able to work fully in person in Las Vegas; relocation assistance available for the right candidate

Salary: $225,000–$280,000/year + up to $40,000 bonus + equity up to 5%
