We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our customer service team. This position focuses on back-end customer support, requiring excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to learn quickly.



Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and support requests efficiently.
  • Assist with technical troubleshooting and issue resolution.
  • Communicate with clients via email, phone, and ticketing systems.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.



Qualifications:

  • Yiddish fluency required.
  • Motivated, punctual, and able to work well under management.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Quick learner with a proactive mindset.
  • Technical experience preferred.



Salary: $25–$30/hr
