We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to join a real estate company in Monsey, NY. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the executive team, managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling various office tasks. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills to ensure smooth operations and workflow in a fast-paced environment.



Responsibilities:

  • Provide executive-level administrative support, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
  • Handle confidential and time-sensitive information with discretion.
  • Manage and prioritize incoming requests and inquiries.
  • Assist with various projects and tasks to support the executive team.



Qualifications:

  • Prior experience as an executive assistant, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.



Location: Monsey, NY



Salary: $30+ per hour
