We are looking for an experienced Salesperson with a strong background in real estate to join our team in the Tri-State Area. The primary responsibility is to acquire parking lots and garages to expand our operations. This position requires a proven track record in real estate sales, outstanding communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven sales professional looking to grow within the real estate industry.



Responsibilities:

  • Identify, acquire, and negotiate terms for parking lots and garage properties.
  • Build and maintain relationships with property owners, brokers, and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities for expansion.
  • Prepare and present proposals to potential clients and stakeholders.
  • Meet or exceed acquisition targets.



Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in real estate sales, with a focus on property acquisition.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
  • Familiarity with the Tri-State Area real estate market.



Location: Tri-State Area



Salary: $75k-$100k + Commission
