What You’ll Do-Supply Chain Specialist I

• Drive on-time delivery performance by coordinating across Supply Chain, Production, and Shipping
• Communicate priorities with Sales, Production, Finance, Procurement, and leadership teams
• Interface with customers directly (calls, meetings, plant visits)
• Manage and adjust customer orders across multiple departments
• Monitor material allocation and flow to meet delivery timelines
• Coordinate with outside processors and manage order flow paths
• Support production scheduling and operational planning
• Respond to urgent customer needs and implement solutions
• Identify and drive process improvements across the supply chain

What You’ll Bring-Supply Chain Specialist I

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Economics, Information Systems, or related field
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Experience with procurement practices and supply chain processes
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
• Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills

Preferred Experience-Supply Chain Specialist I

• Supply chain process improvement or workflow optimization
• Experience in regulated environments or compliance-driven industries
