Schedule
- 12-hour shifts

5:00 PM – 5:00 AM (rotating schedule)
- Rotation: 2 days on / 2 days off, then 5 days on / 5 days off
- Training will be on day shift
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and supervise electrical, mechanical, and production employees
- Serve as the go-to resource for maintenance troubleshooting and technical support
- Execute both planned and unplanned maintenance work to meet department goals
- Coordinate repairs to minimize equipment downtime
- Investigate equipment issues and develop long-term solutions
- Provide on-call support for critical maintenance needs
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing processes
- Ensure compliance with EH&S, quality, and company policies
- Support training and development of maintenance and production teams
- Take on additional responsibilities as needed
What You Bring
Basic Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Proven supervisory experience
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Hands-on experience with mechanical and electrical troubleshooting (minimum 2 years in industrial setting)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a technical field
- Experience in a similar maintenance leadership role

5+ years of heavy industrial maintenance experience
- Knowledge of PLCs and hydraulic systems
- Experience supervising in a union environment
- Experience leading production employees
